Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service in the breakfast and lounge areas. Assist with food preparation for breakfast offerings, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards. Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized service station. Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet and lounge spaces, ensuring they are inviting and well-stocked throughout service. Handle food handling duties in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper storage and sanitation practices. Support catering events and banquet setups as needed, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. Engage with guests to understand their dietary needs or preferences, providing tailored recommendations when appropriate. Maintain cleanliness of all service areas, including tables, counters, and equipment, following health and safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods while upholding hospitality excellence. Follow all food industry standards for safety, hygiene, and quality assurance to ensure a safe dining environment for everyone. Skills Proven experience in fine dining or food service environments, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Previous experience serving in restaurants, catering events, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety protocols. Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation adds value to the role. Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest interactions. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong understanding of dietary accommodations and food allergy considerations. Experience in hospitality or food industry roles that require teamwork and adaptability. Basic knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures required by health regulations.
