Periodically review and recommend changes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.\r\nCollaborate with the project team to define and document the project management deliverables (e.g., project scope, project schedule, project status reports, project cost, roles and responsibilities, quality assurance plan, etc.), project work outputs, and timeline.\r\nManage, provide rigorous oversight of, and report on the task completion and timeliness of the project schedule.\r\nPerform quality control of functional deliverables to ensure accuracy and completeness. Mentor and guide the project team on quality assurance to ensure accuracy and alignment with project standards.\r\nAssist leadership with high-level administrative, managerial, and strategic planning tasks.\r\nLead stakeholder communication efforts by preparing clear, concise, and audience-appropriate written materials, including project updates, status reports, executive summaries, and presentations.\r\nIdentify and track action items, risks, issues, and key decisions with project stakeholders. Work with project stakeholders to mitigate risks and resolve issues.\r\nReport comprehensive project progress, milestones, statuses, risks, and issues to client executives, leadership, and other project stakeholders.\r\nMeasure project performance using industry standard KPIs to track and monitor project overall health, variances in scope/schedule/cost, and any additional areas for improvement.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nA minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management).\r\nEight (8) years of related experience.\r\nAn equivalent combination of advanced education, training, and experience will be considered.\r\nDemonstrated experience successfully shepherding multiple teams to deliver large-scale, complex technology design and implementation projects.\r\nStrong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.\r\nStrong business acumen and experience with executive relationship management.\r\nAbility to quickly learn and operate within a mature, process-heavy ecosystem.\r\nExceptional facilitation skills, with a focus on running efficient meetings that lead to clear decisions and actions.\r\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to motivate and unify a diverse, hybrid team.\r\nAbility to develop and manage relationships with project stakeholders.\r\nProficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nDirect experience with projects that implemented by an API Gateway and/or SOA (Service Oriented Architecture).\r\nDirect experience with large-scale HRIS or HCM implementations, particularly cloud products.\r\nExperience with migrating from on-premises systems to cloud-based SaaS products.\r\nExperience working with government entities.\r\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or its equivalent\r\nInformation Technologies Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification.\r\nKnowledge and experience in agile methodologies, such as Scrum at Scale, and SAFe.
