We are looking for someone who can improve and grow every aspect of the process, build and train a team, and grow into more responsibility as the company scales.\nKey Responsibilities: Line Operation & Throughput\nDirect daily bottling operations to meet production schedules, output targets, and efficiency goals; we will run a single shift initially and scale to two shifts as the operation grows.\nOversee the full process flow: bulk syrup handling, reheating, filtration, hot-fill, capping/sealing, labeling, coding, and case packing/palletizing.\nManage line changeovers between package formats (glass bottles of various sizes, gallon jugs, etc.) to minimize downtime.\nMonitor and troubleshoot filling, capping, labeling, and coding equipment; coordinate with maintenance and supervisors on preventive maintenance and breakdowns.\nTrack key metrics (throughput, downtime, yield, scrap) and drive continuous improvement in line efficiency (OEE).\nQuality & Food Safety Enforce hot-fill parameters to ensure proper fill temperature for seal integrity and to prevent mold growth, fermentation, etc.\nVerify product quality standards including density/Brix (target ~6668.9 Brix) using a refractometer or hydrometer, and Grade A color-class consistency (Golden, Amber, Dark, Very Dark).\nEnsure correct lot coding, date coding, and label application for full traceability.\nImprove every aspect of product quality and efficiency within the bottling process.\nSupport and enforce the facility HACCP plan; monitor Critical Control Points and document accordingly.\nChampion Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) on the floor at all times.\nSQF & Compliance Enforce and uphold SQF standards; help maintain audit-ready conditions at all times.\nEnsure pre-operational sanitation is completed and verified before each run.\nMaintain accurate production, quality, and sanitation records to support SQF, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.\nParticipate in internal and external food safety audits and support corrective actions.\nReinforce allergen control, chemical control, and traceability/recall procedures.\nTeam Leadership Lead, schedule, and coordinate a team of 510 operators; help build out and staff a second shift as volume grows.\nTrain and onboard operators on equipment, GMPs, food safety, and standard operating procedures.\nSet clear expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and hold the team accountable to safety, quality, and productivity standards.\nFoster a positive, accountable, safety-first culture on the floor.\nSafety Enforce all workplace safety policies, including lockout/tagout, hot-liquid handling, PPE, and machine guarding.\nEnsure a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S).\nReport, investigate, and help resolve safety incidents and near-misses.\nWhat We Offer Competitive pay and expanding benefit package - $75k-$90k\nA key leadership role in a fast-growing company with genuine advancement potential.\nThe chance to help build and shape a scaling production operation.\nIf you are interested and serious, please send your confidential resume to Rick at rick.spinner@gogpac.com for immediate consideration!\nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
