Our products are designed to be durable, attractive, customizable, and built with care from start to finish.We are looking for a dependable Production Worker to join our warehouse/build team in Gervais, Oregon. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys building, working with tools, staying active, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality craftsmanship.Job SummaryThe Production Worker will help build and assemble Outdoor Office Next structures and components in our warehouse. Duties may include framing, panel assembly, cutting materials, installing siding or trim, preparing building parts, organizing materials, and keeping the shop clean and safe.No advanced construction experience is required, but basic tool knowledge, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail are important.ResponsibilitiesAssist with building and assembling small structures, wall panels, floors, roofs, trim, and related componentsUse basic hand tools and power tools safelyMeasure, cut, move, and prepare building materialsFollow instructions, build plans, and production standardsHelp load, unload, organize, and stage materialsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse/work areaWork as part of a team to meet production deadlinesCheck work for quality, accuracy, and completenessFollow company safety procedures at all timesPerform other warehouse or production tasks as neededQualificationsReliable, punctual, and ready to work every dayComfortable working with hand tools and power toolsAble to read a tape measure accuratelyAble to follow directions and work well with a teamWilling to learn construction, assembly, and production processesStrong attention to detail and pride in quality workPrevious experience in construction, carpentry, manufacturing, warehouse work, or assembly is helpful but not requiredPhysical RequirementsAble to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and move throughout the dayComfortable working in a warehouse/shop environmentAble to safely handle lumber, panels, tools, and building materialsWhat We OfferSteady full-time workHands-on trainingOpportunity to learn building, manufacturing, and construction skillsTeam-focused work environmentOpportunity to grow with a company building a unique productHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume or work history through Indeed.
