If you’re passionate about building technology that powers financial services and want to make an impact on a global scale, join us.What You’ll DoAs a Development Manager, you will be a lead enterprise development and modernization across Java, C, and legacy platforms with responsibility for delivery, audit readiness, configuration management, vulnerability remediation, and executive reporting. Engineering Leadership & DeliveryLead teams across full SDLC (design, build, test, deploy, operate)  Deliver applications built on Java, C, and legacy frameworks  Enforce coding standards and architecture principles  Oversee contractors and delivery alignment  Utilize GitLab for source control and CI/CD  Align to Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall models  Legacy Modernization & AI Enablement Drive modernization of C, Java and legacy platforms  Use AI tools for code analysis, coverage, and remediation  Reduce technical debt via automation  Define roadmaps with architecture  Audit, Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (PCI DSS)  Own audit readiness and controls  Partner with security on remediation  Govern SDLC and change management  Infrastructure, CMDB & Operational Oversight Align with infrastructure standards  Maintain CMDB accuracy  Partner with ops for environment stability  Oversee GitLab-based deployment pipelines  Vulnerability Management & Remediation Identify and remediate vulnerabilities  Apply secure coding across Java and C  Integrate security into GitLab pipelines  Report on vulnerability metrics  Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Product, QA, Architecture, Infra, Security  Communicate risks and status  Lead stakeholder engagement  Operational Excellence & Reporting Provide executive reporting  Drive continuous improvement  Improve reliability and scalability  Define engineering KPIs  Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related  8+ years development experience, 3+ leadership  Strong Java and C experience  Experience with GitLab CI/CD  Experience with SDLC, DevOps, infrastructure  Audit and vulnerability remediation experience  Experience with AI tools for code analysis  Preferred Qualifications Financial services experience  ServiceNow / CMDB familiarity  Legacy modernization experience  Advanced GitLab Global team leadership  Key Success Factors Improved code quality  GitLab CI/CD adoption  Timely vulnerability remediation  Effective leadership and reporting  QualificationsGraduateRange Of Year Experience-Min Year8Range Of Year Experience-Max Year10
