Senior Manager, CNPL Planning

**Description**The Senior Manager, New Product Launches (Melville) is responsible for end-to-end leadership of all new product launches across Melville.This role ensures **flawless planning execution** , from plan ready to Trade shipment date, ensuring planning readiness and risk mitigation, optimizing manufacturing capacity, planning strategies, qualifications / trials on time delivery, securing on time and in full launch pipeline build, ensuring service and inventory optimization. Main responsibilities are **planning readiness, new launch agility, OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) delivery, Service, risk mitigation, inventory attainment and optimization** of all Melville new launches, enabling the brand portfolio to deliver sustained innovation and growth.This leader will embed best-in-class supply capabilities and project management, and act as the key governance owner for Melville new launch performance globally.-Serve as the primary governance owner for Melville launch planning, readiness, and execution performance across all brands in the skincare portfolio. Ensure Planning Readiness and Launch OTIF, tracking milestones across supply, procurement, MPS, and quality. Develop and execute the Melville Launch Pipeline Build Plan, ensuring sufficient upstream production, fill capacity, and supply resilience. Govern the Launch Scorecard and KPIs, measuring readiness, OTIF, inventory health, and service delivery performance.-Partner with senior Brands Value Chain teams, R&D, MM, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, MPS / TPM planning and manufacturing leaders to define long-range capacity, pipeline build strategies, production plans, materials availability for Melville new launches, aligned with the Global Skincare business roadmap.-Oversee all escalation processes for Melville launch risks, ensuring proactive mitigation and recovery plans.-Partner with Strategic Capacity Planning to ensure long-term network planning, sourcing site readiness / capacity, agility.-Own service and supply during the new launch that delivers the established service and safety stock levels for the launches across all markets.-Own inventory optimization for new launches, ensuring balance between readiness and cash efficiency. Define early-phase planning strategies that build agility into launch supply plans (flexible lot sizing, dynamic sourcing, rapid change response). Monitor freshness and lifecycle transitions to minimize obsolescence and post-launch excess. Drive analytics and system enablement for real-time visibility to launch inventory health.-Support the CNPL Skincare team designing and Optimizing processes, Championing new digital tools and automation for launch tracking, milestone management, and KPI dashboards (e.g., o9, Power BI, Launch Management systems). Support the continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes, leveraging lessons learned and post-launch analytics. Partner with the Global Planning COE to embed best practices and enable standardization across brands and regions.-Lead and mentor a local team of cNPL and site planners across all skincare regions. Build a high-performance culture grounded in ownership, innovation, and excellence in execution.
