Urgent Need: Permanent - Director of Rehab

We are seeking a Director of Rehab for a Travel/Full Time position in Newport, VT. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.Salary Range: $39 - $40/hourDuration: PermanentShift: 8:00 AM : 4:30 PMSchedule: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.(Only for US Citizens)Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department.Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs for the department.Supervise and provide leadership to rehab staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.Manage departmental budget, resources, and equipment.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.2+ years of DOR experience.Previous management or supervisory experience.Open to candidates from any discipline (PT, OT, SLP).Leadership experience in a rehabilitation setting.Valid state therapist license (PT, OT, or SLP) - Required.If you are a motivated Director of Rehab looking for a rewarding travel assignment, apply today to join our team!
