Job Title: Assembly OperatorLocation: Memphis, TNPay Rate: $20.00/hr (1st shift) and $20.85/hour (2nd shift)Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm and 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. Training will take place on 1st Shift (7:00 AM 3:30 PM) for approximately 3 5 days.Duration: 1-Year ContractPosition SummaryThe Assembly Operator performs repetitive assembly and packaging tasks to support production operations. Responsibilities include assembling products, labeling packages, operating small production equipment, counting and sorting materials, inserting manuals into binders, and preparing boxes for shipment. This role may also maintain production records to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble products and components according to established procedures.Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.Apply labels and package documentation accurately.Operate small production and packaging equipment.Count, sort, and organize materials and components.Assemble, form, and break down boxes as needed.Complete required production and quality documentation.Follow all safety, quality, and work instructions.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.0 2 years of manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred.Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures.Strong attention to detail and quality.Basic communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.Ideal CandidateEntry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy.Able to work effectively under close supervision while developing new skills.
