Job Description:Install, configure and virtualize server hardwareInstall/configure operating systems, software, network settingsWrite deployment scripts and manifests to deploy hardware and platforms consistentlyDevelop and implement new solutions based on new customer requirementsPro-actively monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and availability of IT servicesTune-up OS and deploy software updates and patches and modify deployment scripts and manifests to ensure configuration complies with security requirementsDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issuesRespond to system outages and perform necessary repairsManage user accounts, permissions, and access controlsProvide technical support and training to usersImplement and maintain backup solutions, including RDBMS replication, recovery and system failoverDevelop and test disaster recovery plansConfigure and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewallsEnsure network security and manage VPNsMonitor and enforce security policiesConduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessmentsDocument system configurations, procedures, and changesMaintain accurate records of IT assets and inventoryWork with other CBN and customer IT staff and departments to support various projects and initiativesCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their IT needsEnsure compliance with CBN and customer IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsRequirements:Fluency in English (speak, read, write)Legally eligible to work in USAAble to work outside of standard business hours as requiredAble to travel approx. 2-4 weeks/year on averageBachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or related field) or equivalent combination of relevant education and years of work experienceAny CISSP, LPIC, ITIL, VCP, MCSE, OCA/OCP 12c certifications are assets, but not requiredKnowledge of Active DirectoryKnowledge of VirtualizationBasic IT Security principles and protocols (TLS, encryption at rest)ITIL processesIT auditing process (asset)5+ years of system administration experienceBenefits:health, medical and life insurance benefits401k plan with company matchingJ-18808-Ljbffr
