Laser Marking Operator

Position Summary The Laser Marking Operator is responsible for operating, and maintaining laser marking equipment used to mark various components. The ideal candidate will ensure all parts meet customer specifications and quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized work area. Key Responsibilities Operate laser marking machines according to specifications and job requirements. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders. Inspect finished parts for accuracy, clarity, and quality using micrometers, calipers, and visual inspection tools. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of laser systems. Record production data, including quantities, serial numbers, and inspection results. Maintain compliance with all safety policies and procedures. Collaborate with the quality and production teams to optimize process efficiency. Qualifications Preferred: Basic computer skills and familiarity with machine interface software. Familiar with manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions. Ability to read engineering drawings and measurements accurately. Experience with laser marking systems Background in precision manufacturing or medical device/ aerospace production. Basic knowledge of material properties Familiarity with ISO quality standards.
