In this role, you will plan, debug, and manage manufacturing and characterization test programs on industry‑leading Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms such as LTXC Sapphire and Verigy 93K. You will work hands‑on with test hardware, test software, and device‑specific IP to ensure compatibility, compliance, and complete test coverage from early product definition through product qualification and ramp. This position offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in silicon debug, test infrastructure, and product engineering while collaborating across cross‑functional teams driving AMD’s most advanced CPU products.\n\nTHE PERSON:\nYou are a self‑driven engineer who thrives in a fast‑paced technical environment and can independently solve complex problems with accuracy and reliability.
