Local candidates preferred.\n\nClassification:\nHourly, Non-Exempt.\n\nCompensation:\nThis work falls under the Service Contract Act (SCA), and this will be hourly in accordance with the Health and Welfare provisions of the SCA, and in addition to your base hourly rate, you may be eligible to receive an additional health and welfare payment for each hour you work to ensure compliance with the minimums set forth by the act. The Service Contract Act base wage determination is $40.98 per hour with an eligibility to receive a Health and Welfare payment of $5.09 per hour. A Health and Welfare payment applies only to 40 hours per week and does not apply to any overtime or double time hours worked.\n\nEmployment Type:\nContract-to-Hire Opportunity. The selected candidate will initially be employed as a contractor supporting our customer at Westover Air Reserve Base, Massachusetts.
