This includes:Building complete electrical test setups from device datasheets and MIL-STD test plansDesigning or configuring PCB test interfaces, DUT boards, Burn-In boards, and custom fixturesSetting up, validating, and debugging complex test benches, from signal integrity issues to timing, pattern generation, load conditions, thermal forcing, and programming sequencesOperating advanced electrical test instrumentation: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, curve tracers, PXIe pattern generators, VNAs, TDRs, DMMs, power supplies, and environmental chambersDeveloping, modifying, and maintaining LabVIEW-based automated test solutionsExecuting precise, repeatable electrical and environmental testing with high data accuracyCreating engineering documentation and supporting customer-facing reportsYou will directly influence the quality and reliability of components used in aircraft, satellites, defense systems, and other mission-critical platforms.🎯 What We’re Looking ForWe are hiring a mid-career engineer with 4–8 years of real, hands-on test bench experience.
