Contract Manager II

OverviewThe Contract Manager II provides contracting expertise to the customer PMs and PdMs in areas such as PALT metrics, Procurement Portfolio Management Tool database for the US Army.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the establishment of contract milestones in coordination with the requiring activity and the Army Contracting Command (ACC).Provide management of completing taskers in the ETMS 2 database.Coordinate and assist in contract training and community practice to various program managers and the PEO IEWS workforce.Assist in document/policy writing during the Integrated Product Team process.Assist with Program Status Review up to the Program Executive Office and their staff. Attend various milestone and programmatic reviews.Act as a liaison between the PMs and ACC. Maintaining prime and sub vendor tracking for congressional inquiries and industry engagements.Coordinate with PMs to prepare and complete industry day slide decks. Lead and facilitate contractual one-to-end deep dives.Route and process RSCA's through various channels for signature.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's Degree- BusinessA minimum of 5 years of experience in contracting or database managementDAU Contracting Level II Certified or industry equivalentSecret ClearanceSalary Range: $150K-$174KThe above salary range represents a general guideline.
