We seek to serve people first, and we operate according to a moral compass aimed at doing what is right even when it is hard.\n\nShift: Monday – Thursday; 2:00PM – 12:30AM\n\nPay: $18.00/hour + Pay shift differential\n\nEssential Functions:\n\nManually load all units and warehouse items onto delivery trucks\nUse a hand-held scanner to locate items and load them onto the trucks.\nMay have to make minor repairs on a product if found damaged.\nMove any damaged or non-conforming items from the loading dock to the appropriate area for rework or RTV.\nMay require operation of forklift - training and certification provided.\nAssure proper housekeeping and organization on the loading dock, including outside the loading doors.\nStrive to meet team efficiencies without compromising the quality of loading accurately.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\n Qualifications – A qualified candidate will have:\n\nActive Listening - Ability to actively attend to, convey, and understand the comments and questions of others.\nCommunicates Effectively - Creates open channels of communication, adapts message to fit the audience, expresses ideas clearly and concisely, keeps others well informed; listens carefully to input and feedback.\nCustomer Driven - Provides outstanding customer service (to both internal and external customers); follows through on responsibilities to customers; leaves all customers satisfied.\nDrives Results - Demonstrates the ability to get results despite large workload, competing demands and a fast-paced environment; performed all tasks in job description in a highly effective manner, creative and innovative and drives process improvements.\nMotivation - Ability to inspire oneself and others to reach a goal and/or perform to the best of their ability.\nPromotes Teamwork - Demonstrates positive working relationships with co-workers, effectively handles conflict situations, comes to work when scheduled, adheres to schedule for arrival time, breaks and lunches.\n\nPerks of working at Reeb Millwork:\n\nCompetitive Pay - $18.50/hour + $.75 (Shift differential pay)\nSchedule: Monday to Thursday – 12pm - 2:30am EST\nQuarterly Bonus (Eligible Day 1)\nComprehensive benefits package includes Medical, Dental, Vision\nCompany-Paid Life Insurance & Disability\n401(k) with Employer match\nPaid Vacation & Holidays\n\nWe are proud to have the best team in our industry.
