For this customer-facing role, the candidate will be required to implement complex solutions while creating and improving business processes and procedures. The candidate should be a highly organized self-starter and be able to operate effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.\r\nResponsibilitiesUnderstanding the client's business objectives and delivering a plan to successfully implement a client while meeting all business objectives.\r\nCoordinates with Sales, Facilities, Networking, Engineering and Purchasing to ensure that deliverables are met on time\r\nManages multiple projects with large/complex scope in a deadline-driven environment and completes projects on time.\r\nResponsible for project planning, review/status meetings with customers.\r\nManage customer relationship from post-sales through completion of implementation.\r\nDevelops project Plan timelines identifying applicable phases, tasks, resources and dates to drive all project schedules.\r\nDevelops and actively manages project schedules and status, achieving timely delivery of high-quality projects schedules on time.\r\nCollaborates with team managers to identify project approach, deliverables, tasks and resources required to complete a project, specifically as it pertains to technical tasks and deliverables.\r\nContinuously review processes and improve as necessary to drive efficiencies throughout the provisioning lifecycle.\r\nGathering and reporting information in all levels.\r\nOversight and direction of site readiness / coordination with facilities\r\nBasic QualificationsBS degree in Business, Project Management or other related field or equivalent professional experience\r\nThree or more years of IT, Project Management, service delivery or customer relationship management experience\r\nProficient with Microsoft Office suite\r\nKnowledge of Project Management principles\r\nBasic understanding of data center/critical environment concepts, such as space, power, cooling and connectivity.\r\nPreferred QualificationsTwo or more years of Project Management experience possessing strong technical and management skills\r\nCAPM or PMP certification\r\nITIL certification\r\nExperience with Project Management applications such as MS Project or Clarity\r\nPrior experience working in a Data Center environment\r\nKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with Senior Management\r\nStrong facilitation skills\r\nStrong communication, organization, and management skills\r\nStrong time management and interpersonal skills\r\nAbility to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.\r\nThis role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending and HSA accounts; paid holidays; paid time off; paid volunteer days; employee assistance program; tuition assistance; parental leave; military leave assistance; QTS scholarship for dependents; wellness program, and other company benefits.
