You will partner closely with data, analytics engineering, and leadership stakeholders to shape scalable front-end solutions in a complex healthcare environment. The position also calls for strong technical influence, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to help teams adopt AI-enabled development practices that improve efficiency and consistency.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $146,200 – $282,600 annuallyResponsibilities Design and lead the core architecture of the React-based reporting platform hosted in Snowflake. Evaluate tooling and integration approaches in collaboration with leadership as the primary technical expert on architecture. Prioritize and migrate reporting dashboards to React in partnership with data and analytics engineering teams. Mentor engineers and analysts across the organization through code reviews and workshops. Champion AI-assisted engineering tools to improve team efficiency and adherence to platform standards.Qualifications Deep expertise in React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern front-end tooling with strong data visualization skills. Proven ability to architect front-end platforms for multiple teams rather than just individual apps. Skilled at conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Hands-on experience with AI-powered developer tools like coding assistants and LLM integrations.
