Position: Professional Chef
We are seeking a talented, experienced, and driven Chef to lead our back-of-house team. The ideal candidate is not only a skilled culinarian but also a natural leader who respects tradition while striving for excellence.
What We're Looking For:
Deep enthusiasm for Ukrainian cuisine and culture
Proven experience in a culinary leadership role
Strong understanding of Ukrainian and Eastern European culinary techniques and ingredients
Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to excellence
Culinary certification required; Ukrainian language skills are a plus
Manager-level ServeSafe Certification is required (non-negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Design and prepare authentic Ukrainian and Eastern European dishes, with a focus on breakfast and lunch service
Supervise and delegate BOH responsibilities effectively
Hire, train, and develop kitchen staff
Innovate and elevate menu offerings based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
Qualifications:
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Effective leadership and communication abilities
Must hold valid and current food safety certification (Manager-level)
Hands-on experience with traditional Ukrainian cuisine is essential
Culinary degree or formal training preferred
