applying generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and proper accounting to revenues, investments, deferred liabilities, and other complex components and transactions; analyzing financial statements and other financial information; preparing budgets and forecasts; and assisting with cash management, income, and other taxes, account reconciliations, journal entries, financing activities, and general accounting functions and compliance.\n\nThe responsibilities of the position will include, but will not be limited to:\nOversee a portfolio of assets, budgeting, accounting, and cash management to ensure accurate reporting, interpretation, and analysis of financial results in conjunction with forecasts and long-range plans.\nImplements proper financial reporting to determine monthly and annual financial targets.\nManages and supports the preparation of the annual consolidated corporate audit and tax returns in conjunction with our professional accounting firm.\nEstablishes and maintains controls to safeguard company assets;
