Apply now!\n\nAssembler Responsibilities:\n\nPerform assembly of electronic and electromechanical components according to work instructions, schematics, and production specifications\nSolder terminals and electronic components with precision and accuracy\nComplete lead wire crimping using appropriate tools and techniques\nPerform PC board (PCB) soldering and component installation\nInspect assemblies for quality, functionality, and compliance with specifications\nIdentify and troubleshoot assembly or soldering defects\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment\nFollow all quality standards, production schedules, and company procedures\n\nRequirements for Assembler:\n\nPrevious assembly and soldering experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment\nProficiency in soldering terminals, lead wire crimping and PC board (PCB) soldering\nAbility to read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and schematics\nStrong attention to detail and manual dexterity\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nCommitment to quality and continuous improvement\nIPC soldering certification or equivalent training preferred\nExperience with electronic testing and inspection equipment is a plus\nFamiliarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality control processes preferred\nAbility to sit or stand for extended periods\nAbility to use hand tools and small assembly equipment\nAbility to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally\n\nQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
