Join us and let's Imagine a better way together.Job SummaryBased on daily production schedule, check, and stage all necessary components required for each job ticket at press site; to maximize productivity on press by minimizing press operators’ times in non-running activities.Work Hours: 10:00pm to 6:30amJob DescriptionWork alongside and assist with operation of digital pressesComplete jobs according to customer specifications by producing quality work and performing quality checksMonitor production runs for quality, maintaining all required samples as designated by proceduresLearn and perform basic preventative maintenance in accordance with production scheduleReview proofs for accuracyProperly document production informationRetrieve and return all necessary materials for jobsMove materials via material handling equipment including forklift and pallet jacksContribute to safety goals by maintaining a clean, clutter-free workplace, report potentially unsafe conditions and ensure that the department meets and exceeds safety requirementsMeet productivity and quality standards by completing work in timely and accurate mannerCollaborate with Production Manager and other Team Members to address opportunities for improvementSelf-starter capable of taking initiative and working with minimal directionA positive attitude including high energy, and a drive to contribute and make an impactAble to perform complex tasks, prioritize multiple projectsWork overtime as neededOther duties as assignedSupervisory ResponsibilitiesNoneRequirementsMinimum Qualifications of Position:High school diploma or equivalent.Preferred Qualifications Of PositionPrevious Pressroom experienceKnowledge And SkillsAbility to interpret written instructions.Multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.Organizational planning skills for self-directed daily activities.Demonstrated ability to follow directions and acquire skills required to progress to operator status.Working Conditions And Physical RequirementsAbility to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.Ability to visually inspect all work for defects and distinguish colors.Frequent reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and stooping.Manual dexterity for repetitive work.Frequent walking and standing.Chemicals: YesTravel: N/APay StatementThe national pay range for this role is listed in the job posting.
