The Senior Developer will participate in defining Stifel's best practices and ensure they are used in all development projects and procedures.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nWork with Development team in various phases of development, including design, implementation, integration, revision control, release and the maintenance of multiple products and systems.\nPerforms advanced discovery and research into technical problems and maps out improvements for web applications.\nLead the development of procedures, using test-driven development, which can be utilized within continuous integration practices.\nFollow Stifel's coding and development standards and lead community-driven efforts to update them.\nLead efforts to document code in ways that are useful to both developers and support staff, simplifying and clarifying complicated concepts.\nLead ad-hoc groups of developers across teams to accomplish harder developmental efforts\nWhat You'll Bring:\nDisplays awareness of the impact of actions on the business and demonstrates understanding of the context of the company and acts in line with it.\nAbility to demonstrate proactive architecture-driven approach to problem resolution, strong troubleshooting in a crisis and problem-solving skills.\nWorking with a team making decisions about how development environments will be used to their fullest collaboration potential.\nAbility to create and maintain processes and procedures to improve implementation of the software development life cycle (SDLC).\nUses negotiation skills and techniques to obtain agreement between different interests, challenges management constructively, bringing different views into the open.\nTransforms mockups and wireframes into usable front-end functionality through developing, testing, and revising web application code.\nCreates components based on user interface/user experience norms, including optimal accessibility, navigation, and cross-browser performance.\nEducation & Experience:\nMinimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience\nMinimum Required:6+ years' of progressive experience in software development\nLicenses & Credentials:\nMinimum Required: None\nSystems & Technology:\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook\nExperience in C#/.NET (Core and Framework) or T-SQL on MS SQL Server\nExperience with Angular, AngularJS\nAdvanced experience with source control (like TFS and Git)\n#LI-LL1\nCompensation Range: Salary: USD $110,600.00/Yr. - USD $158,000.00/Yr.\n\nActual salaries may vary, and may be based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidate’s qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position.
