This is a high-speed, high-accuracy position for someone who thrives in a manufacturing environment, lives in software, and has strong opinions about how workflows should run.You will own the digital systems our jobs flow through — from intake through delivery — and you’ll have a real mandate to improve them. If a process is slow, manual, or error-prone, we expect you to flag it and propose the fix.This is not an entry-level administrative role. We’re looking for an operator.Compensation- $24 - $32 hourly DOE (approximately $50,000 - $66,500/year)Compensation: $24 - $32 hourly DOE
