We are looking for a Software Development Manager to lead a new 0->1 initiative that will shape the future of how customers discover, organize, and share across Amazon. This is a high-ambiguity, high-impact role that requires someone with the bias for action and judgement of an AI startup.\n\nYou will be leading a high performing team of engineers and builders, and transforming tier-1 systems with AI native development. You will be working with partners across Amazon in realizing the vision, and influencing them to accelerate value for our customers. You will own the technical strategy and delivery of complex 0-1 programs.
