This field-based, marketing role (non-sales focused) is responsible for identifying, engaging, and partnering with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and emerging thought leaders to shape the scientific narrative, advance education, and support high-impact peer-to-peer engagement.The TLL will serve as a critical bridge between external experts and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring insights from the field inform strategy while delivering value-driven engagement aligned to Sanofi's mission of chasing the miracles of science.Join the team transforming care for people with immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological conditions. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.Main ResponsibilitiesKOL EngagementOrchestrate resources with the top 10–15% of assigned KOLs in alignment with cross-functional account plansIdentify, profile, cultivate, and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs within the dermatology communityConduct substantial on-label business conversations focused on product, disease state, and company topics at appropriate venuesExecute unique, on-label, and approved KOL programming, including disease state education for fellowship programsServe as single point of contact to resolve KOL issues when directed by the DTLL and/or HeadquartersAssist with compliant KOL development, including speakers, using approved decks and materialsExecutive Encounter ManagementPlan and execute KOL engagements and executive encounters at local, regional, and national conferences, POAs, field engagements, and other venues in a compliant mannerOrchestrate KOL executive encounters and engagements across all relevant settingsMarketing LiaisonCollaborate with targeted KOLs to obtain feedback on dermatology franchise and brand-related marketing strategies or materials (all materials pre-approved by legal, compliance, and regulatory)Provide feedback to commercial leadership on various topics as requestedServe as single point of contact for high-volume speaker logistics and schedulingProvide advisory board participant and speaker recommendations to marketingAssist in execution of commercial contracts when requestedExecute and lead specific TLL initiatives to support brand strategyCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with ZBDs, RBDs, ABMs, and home office colleagues in Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Market AccessCollaborate with TLLs from the AllianceLead TLL projects and initiativesAbout YouBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree7+ years of experience in pharma/biotech experienceProven experience in KOL engagement, thought leader marketing, or field-based strategy roles (TLL, MSL, Marketing)Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skillsAbility to operate strategically while executing with precision in a fast-paced environmentExecutive presence and credibility with top-tier cliniciansStrategic thinking with strong business acumenCross-functional leadership capabilityHigh emotional intelligence and adaptabilityDeep understanding of compliance and regulatory boundariesValid driver's license requiredWillingness to travel 60–70%Must reside within assigned territoryPreferred RequirementsAdvanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD) preferred.Significant exposure to dermatology or immunology.Dermatology or biologic marketplace experience.Strong understanding of the dermatology landscape, including atopic dermatitis and biologic therapies.Why Choose Us?
