Candidates without a degree but with sufficient related work experience may be considered.\r\nFamiliarity with UL, NEC, and associated regulatory requirements.\r\nExperience designing and/or manufacturing dry-type, low-voltage power transformers (3kVA25kVA preferred).\r\n3D CAD modeling skills; SolidWorks solid modeling and SolidWorks PDM (SolidWorks Electrical desired).\r\nKnowledge of industry standards for design, inspection, and testing of sheet metal and other mechanical parts and assemblies.\r\nAbility to read and interpret assembly drawings, electrical schematics, panel schedules, and specifications.\r\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).\r\nExperience with enterprise ERPs (Salesforce and SAP desired).\r\nOther Requirements\r\nExperience with selection of components to comply with applicable UL, NEC, and other regulatory schema\r\nProcess Engineering\r\nExperience with electrical test equipment such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, hi-pot\r\nExperience contributing to kaizen and continuous improvement events\r\nExperience designing control enclosures to address cable size, density, dress, bend radii, strain relief, etc of multiple electrical conductors of various sizes.\r\nExperience working in a disciplined engineering design environment.
