Additionally, the individual in this role will verify the quality of reporting and recommend improvements to ensure that greater quality is met, and train team members on the implementation of new processes.\nResponsibilities:\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\nQuality Control: Perform quality control (QC) checks on project documents processed through ConstructConnect Auxiliary Resources to ensure adherence to operating standards.\nProcess Audits: Conduct internal audits and studies of current document processing methods to identify areas for improved efficiency and quality.\nTraining & Implementation: Train internal and external team members on new document processing techniques and ensure smooth implementation.\nPerformance Improvement: Recommend enhancements to reporting and document processing workflows to elevate overall quality and efficiency.\nStandards Compliance: Ensure all documentation meets ConstructConnect’s time, quality, and compliance standards.\nProcess Documentation: Develop clear, comprehensive documentation for new processes, or update existing guidelines to reflect process improvements.\nContent Development: Create and maintain educational materials that inform and train team members on evolving procedures and best practices.\nQuality Assurance: Collaborate with stakeholders to review and refine documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify gaps or outdated procedures in current documentation and propose enhancements to support organizational efficiency.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to gather input, validate process changes, and ensure the documentation accurately reflects operational practices.\nThis job description in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones that team members can be required to perform\nQualifications:\n\nWhat You Bring to the Team\nTwo years of customer service experience in a corporate environment or 6-18 months experience as a Content Specialist or 6-18 months experience in a Quality Assurance role.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, and Microsoft Word\nStrong Math and Analytical Skills\nAbility to multi-task and be organized, as role will require work on multiple projects across multiple markets, encountering many nuances\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nClose attention to detail\nAbility to effectively adapt to new processes\nAbility to work independently as well as with a team\nCreative thinking regarding process improvements\nAbility to effectively train team members on new processes\nWillingness to continually embrace professional development\nAttends and participates in meetings as required\nPerforms miscellaneous tasks and special projects as assigned\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\nThe physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, and working on a computer for extended periods.
