Job Type: Full-time, in person Monday - FridayLocation: Dunwoody, ATLRooms To Go is looking for a Digital Media Specialist to join our growing in-house digital marketing team! OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Campaign Manager with 2-3 years of experience to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns. This role will play a key part in driving performance across multiple channels and ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns across digital ad platforms with an emphasis on social ad platformsMonitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to improve KPIs Ensure accuracy in campaign setup, including targeting, budgets, creatives, tracking, and naming conventionsCollaborate with full paid media team to develop and structure testsAnalyze performance data and provide regular reporting and actionable insightsTroubleshoot campaign issues and proactively identify opportunities for improvementProactively seek out clarification Maintain organized documentation and adhere to best practices across all platformsQualifications2-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaignsProven experience with ad platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Google AdsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisionsExcellent organizational and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)Familiarity with tracking implementation (pixels, tags, UTM parameters)Experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentationWhat Success Looks LikeCampaigns are launched accurately and on timePerformance goals are consistently met or improved through optimizationReporting is clear, insightful, and actionableProcesses are followed with a high level of precision and organizationAbout UsFounded in 1991, Rooms To Go set out to change the way people shop for furniture.
