Title Review Specialist

A company is looking for a Title Review Specialist to perform title review functions for real property ownership transfers. Key Responsibilities Examine titles for issues that may affect property ownership transfer Articulate title issues requiring attorney review and determine necessary curative actions Update internal case management systems and communicate curative measures to relevant teams Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 2+ years of experience in title review/clearance required Experience in foreclosure or default mortgage servicing preferred Strong knowledge of title evaluation and understanding of various title issues Familiarity with case and document management software preferred
