This role partners directly with internal departments to evaluate current processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement practical AI-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.\r\nThe position combines AI enablement, workflow automation, and cross-functional collaboration. The AI Coordinator will lead training initiatives, influence stakeholder adoption, and develop semi-technical AI solutions within Walton's Microsoft-based technology ecosystem.\r\nThis role does not require advanced machine learning engineering expertise but requires strong practical AI application knowledge and the ability to translate business needs into scalable automation solutions.\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities AI Adoption & Enablement\r\nConduct workflow assessments across business units to identify AI and automation opportunities.\r\nPartner with department leaders to integrate AI tools into daily operations.\r\nDevelop and deliver AI workshops, training sessions, and enablement programs.\r\nCreate AI playbooks, documentation, and best practice guidelines.\r\nServe as an internal advocate for AI adoption and continuous improvement.\r\nSupport change management efforts and address stakeholder resistance where necessary.\r\nTrack and report measurable productivity and efficiency improvements resulting from AI implementation.\r\nAI & Automation Implementation Design and implement semi-technical AI and automation workflows using tools such as:\r\nPower Automate\r\nPower Platform\r\nChatGPT Enterprise\r\nUiPath\r\nDevelop automated workflows and process improvements.\r\nConfigure AI-assisted workflows within existing systems.\r\nCollaborate with IT and external vendors for advanced technical implementations when required.\r\nEvaluate emerging AI tools and recommend adoption when aligned with business value.\r\nCross-Functional Collaboration Work across multiple internal business units within the organization.\r\nProvide primary support to U.S.-based teams, support users in other regions/countries as needed.\r\nAct as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.\r\nAdditional Responsibilities – AI + Dynamics 365 Track Only In addition to the core responsibilities above, this track will also:\r\nSupport Dynamics 365 system optimization initiatives.\r\nPerform system configuration and workflow updates as needed\r\nManage entity relationships and support data structure alignment.\r\nAssist with data integrity and process improvements within D365.
