With fifteen manufacturing facilities across the U.S. and Canada and decades of market leadership, this is a company where the work is real, the scale is meaningful, and the projects leave a mark.We’re looking for a seasoned Manufacturing Project Manager III to lead high-impact capital projects, including the challenge of building facilities from the ground up. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role for someone who brings both technical depth and executive presence — someone equally comfortable on the plant floor and in a boardroom conversation with senior leadership.If you have a track record of delivering complex capital projects in a manufacturing environment and know how to bring people along at every level of an organization, this role was built for you.What You’ll DoLead capital projects end-to-end — from site selection and design through construction, equipment installation, and operational ramp-upDrive facility build-out projects with full accountability for scope, schedule, cost, and qualityServe as the primary communication hub between project teams, plant leadership, executive stakeholders, contractors, and vendors — translating complexity into clarity at every levelBuild and manage detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverablesCoordinate cross-functional teams and allocate resources to drive efficient, effective executionProactively identify risks and constraints, then develop smart mitigation strategies before issues escalateProduce clear, comprehensive project documentation, dashboards, and status reports for stakeholders at all levelsLead project meetings — kick-offs, status updates, and post-project reviews — with clarity and purposeMentor and coach team members on project management tools, methodologies, and best practicesChampion continuous improvement across manufacturing processes and project deliveryWho You AreA capital project veteran — you’ve built things from the ground up and have the scars (and wins) to prove itA confident, polished communicator who can engage a frontline supervisor and a CFO in the same day and land the message both timesDeeply rooted in manufacturing — you understand operations, equipment, and production environments firsthandStable and committed — you’ve built your career thoughtfully, with no more than two job changes in the last five yearsA natural owner who takes accountability for results and doesn’t wait to be told what to doDetail-oriented and solutions-focused, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ballComfortable with a travel schedule that flexes significantly based on project phaseBusiness-minded, customer-focused, and relentlessly results-orientedQualificationsMinimum 7 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment — requiredProven track record leading large-scale capital projects, including ground-up facility builds — requiredDemonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all levels of an organization, from plant floor to executive leadershipNo more than two employer changes in the last five yearsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.Strong command of project management tools, methodologies, and frameworksPMP certification preferred.Must be able to work fully onsite in Holstein, IA
