Sky Climber offers suspended scaffolding rentals and sales for projects of any size and scope – supported by professional in-house engineering, safety & technical training, labor and project management. This dynamic Branch Manager role is responsible for the South Florida leasing branch of Sky Climber and is an exciting challenge for individuals interested and comfortable in a fast-paced role that blends planning, administering and hands-on work supporting the construction industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage profitable growth of the branch Manage all branch activities including sales/rentals, administration and operations Hands-on focus around daily transactions including billing, invoices, liens, inventory, business licenses, equipment transportation, etc. Supports and monitors the sales force efforts, including customer contacts, estimating, sales calls, etc. Maintains contacts with managers of key customers to further relationships and build team spirit Supports and monitors operations activities of the branch through routine operations meetings, resolving issues relating to allocation of inventory and ensuring appropriate management of operations assets Supports and monitors administrative activities including collections, providing guidance over customer disputes, risk management, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Develops branch strategic and operational plans, including budgeting and fiscal management Stay up to date on industry and market local trends Other duties may be assigned. Qualified candidates must possess the following: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Construction, Scaffolding and Suspended Access Industry experience Sales experience in construction or industrial markets Strong financial skills including budgeting, P&L analysis, cash flow analysis Outstanding people leadership and organization communication skills Managerial experience over diverse functions such as operations, sales, finance and administration Job Type: Full-time Ability to Commute: Dania Beach, FL (Required) Work Location: In person
