Other duties may be assigned.\nDepartment Goals, Strategies, and Procedures\n\nFollows and supports department procedures and company policies.\nUnderstands and supports the Company Mission, Vision, Core Values, and Business Attributes.\nEstablishes personal goals to improve individual and department performance.\nPlays a role in the execution of company goals that, when achieved, contribute to fulfilling the Company's Vision.\nProduction\n\nReads, understands, and follows job card instructions.\nProduces work that meets department production standards.\nSets up machines.\nInputs job information into the data capture system.\nPerforms minor maintenance procedures on equipment.\nGathers all necessary materials for production runs.\nWorks overtime and weekends as required.\nMoves materials to appropriate locations through the use of hand trucks, floor jacks, or by manually carrying materials.\nWorks in other departments when requested.\n\nQuality Control\n\nSubmits samples and job cards for supervisor approval.\nMonitors work produced to ensure correct registration, color, perforations, and other quality standards.\nChecks stock to verify proper codes match job cards (e.g., caution labels).\nVerifies correct ZIP code order for both match mailers and postal regulations.\nProduces samples for customer review.\n\nHousekeeping\n\nMaintains a clean work environment by sweeping floors, wiping down machinery, and collecting and separating recyclable materials.\n\nSafety\n\nOperates machinery according to department procedures and safety regulations.\nKnows and follows department safety procedures.\nReports all work-related injuries to a supervisor.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
