We’re seeking skilled professionals who thrive on solving complex challenges and making an impact where it matters most.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain backend systems and APIs using Python (FastAPI, Flask).\nKnowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, React)\nDesign scalable microservices and containerized architectures to support AI pipelines. (Docker)\nIntegrate search, database, and queuing technologies (PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Redis).\nOwn backend performance, monitoring, and security.\nCollaborate with team members to deploy full-stack solutions.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nU.S. Citizenship required\n1-3 years of applicable experience\nProficiency with Python\nProficiency with FastAPI, Flask, or Django\nProficiency with React, Javascript, or any other Frameworks\nFamiliarity with AI/ML workflows, especially working with models or pipelines\nExperience designing RESTful APIs and working with asynchronous programming\nStrong SQL, Elasticsearch skills\nExperience with containerized deployments (Docker)\nClear communication and a team-first mindset\n\nAdditional Requirements: The role requires presence onsite at the headquarters in Vienna, VA, three days a week.
