You will be directly responsible for verifying product authenticity, ensuring quality standards, and supporting accurate inventory fulfillment for high-value precious metals. We seek team members who are adaptable, self-motivated, and passionate about doing things the right way every time.ResponsibilitiesUnpack, pack, verify, and record incoming or outgoing shipments of precious metals and coins or productsPerform detailed quality control checks to confirm product authenticity, condition, and order accuracyAccurately sort, inventory, and organize products for storage or shipmentPrepare, package, and ship outgoing customer and vendor orders, ensuring highest quality standardsMaintain accurate inventory records in our inventory management system (ERP experience a plus)Identify discrepancies and escalate quality concerns following company proceduresSupport continual process improvements related to shipping, receiving, inventory, and quality controlPerform administrative tasks such as updating inventory logs and processing shipment paperwork.Additional duties as assigned.
