Join our team to make a difference while advancing your career with Renovo.\n\nSummary:\nThe Program Analyst turns what the Enterprise Laboratory Instrument Services (ELIS) program actually does into evidence the program and the client can act on. This role helps support operational performance analysis, spend and volume trending, and the analysis behind decisions on coverage, capacity and capital replacement.\n\nThe role is remote with periodic travel to assigned sites. It reports to the Regional Director of Operations and takes functional direction from the Manager, Master Data and Systems on data and reporting standards.\n\nWhat you will do:\nContractual performance reporting:\n\nProduce contractual key performance indicators\n\nMaintain the calculation method for each measure in documented form so any figure can be traced and reproduced.\n\nIdentify and flag where a contractual measure cannot be produced accurately from available data, and escalate rather than approximate.\n\nSupport the quality governance review, which is the only measure in the agreement without an annual cap.\n\nProduce the cost savings evidence, which is the measure the RenovoCare conversion program exists to satisfy.\n\nPrepare performance content for operational reviews, client business reviews and program governance.\n\nTrack corrective action triggers and remediation status where a measure breaches its threshold.\n\nOperational analysis:\n\nAnalyze scheduled maintenance (SM) and demand maintenance (DM) completion, response and resolution performance by site, platform, vendor and department.\n\nAnalyze first-time-fix, repeat-fault and aging work order patterns, and identify what is driving them.\n\nAnalyze self-perform versus vendor-performed volume and the cost difference, and support the conversion case.\n\nAnalyze capacity and workload distribution across sites and staff, and flag where load is unsustainable before it fails.\n\nSupport capital replacement and end-of-life analysis with failure, downtime and spend evidence.\n\nSpend and commercial analysis:\n\nAnalyze service spending by site, vendor, platform and category, and explain variance against budget in operational terms.\n\nAnalyze the contract and entitlement position, including renewal timing, coverage gaps and coverage paid for and not used.\n\nSupport quote benchmarking and vendor performance comparison.\n\nProvide the analysis behind change requests, scope changes and pricing discussions.\n\nAnalytical integrity:\n\nUnderstand how the work is performed well enough to recognize a figure that cannot be true and investigate rather than publish it.\n\nState the limitations of any analysis, including sample size, data gaps and known record defects affecting the result.\n\nDistinguish correlation from cause and say which one an analysis supports.\n\nRefuse to present a threshold rule or heuristic as a statistical conclusion.\n\nReconcile any figure appearing in more than one report so the program does not publish two different answers to the same question.\n\nWorking with the sites and functions:\n\nAct as the named analytical contact for assigned Site Operations Managers.\n\nTravel to assigned sites to understand how the work is actually performed and why the data looks the way it does.\n\nFeed analytical findings back to the sites in a form they can act on, not only upward as reporting.\n\nWork with the Master Data Analyst on record defects that are corrupting analysis, and with Sourcing and Payments on spend and contract data.\n\nSpecify and validate reporting and dashboard requirements. This role does not configure or develop the platform.\n\nQuality, compliance and safety:\n\nMeet GxP and client data integrity requirements, including traceability and change control on reported figures.\n\nSupport internal and client audits with traceable analysis and source data.\n\nFollow client site safety and access requirements when on site.\n\nEscort and vendor hosting when on site:\n\nEscort is a standing expectation of every role on this program. When present at a client site, escort and host OEM and third-party personnel on request, regardless of whose scope the instrument sits in.\n\nConfirm third-party personnel are inducted, badged, and compliant with client site access and safety requirements before they enter a laboratory.\n\nConfirm the work performed matches what was authorized and the service record is complete before the third-party leaves site.\n\nEscalate immediately where a third party arrives unannounced or attempts work outside the authorized scope.\n\nQualifications:\n\n3+ years of experience in operational, service, performance or financial analysis.\n\nDemonstrated ability to produce analysis that has been challenged and held up.\n\nStrong spreadsheet capability including pivot, lookup and reconciliation techniques. SQL, Power BI, Tableau or comparable reporting tool experience preferred.\n\nExperience with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), enterprise asset management system or service management platform as a data source.\n\nExperience working to contractual or regulated performance measures where the definition matters.\n\nDemonstrated willingness to say that a number is wrong or cannot be produced, rather than publishing it.\n\nWorking knowledge of GxP requirements and data integrity expectations.\n\nExperience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare or technical service environment preferred.\n\nEducation/Special Training:\n\nBachelor’s degree is preferred, in a technical, scientific, business, finance or information discipline. Equivalent experience considered.\n\nTraining in GxP, data integrity and client site safety provided or required.\n\nCMMS, reporting tool and platform training provided after hire.\n\nRequired Competencies:\n\nAnalytical Rigor - knows the difference between a pattern and a conclusion, and reports which one it is.\n\nIntellectual Honesty - states the limitations of the analysis and will not publish a figure that cannot be traced.\n\nOperational Understanding - knows how the work is performed well enough to spot a figure that cannot be true.\n\nCuriosity - investigates why the number looks wrong instead of reformatting it.\n\nCommunication - explains an analytical finding to operations staff and to client leadership in terms each can act on.\n\nFollow-through - closes out the finding rather than delivering the chart.\n\nIndependence - holds an unpopular conclusion when the data supports it.\n\nIntegrity - can admit mistakes, is direct and truthful, and acts in the best interest of clients, employees and Renovo.\n\nSuccess Measures:\n\nContractual key performance indicator reporting delivered on time, accurate and traceable\n\nReported figures reconciled across reports, with no conflicting answers published\n\nData limitations stated on every analysis where they exist\n\nAnalytical findings acted on by the sites, not only received\n\nSelf-perform conversion and coverage change cases supported with evidence\n\nSpend variance explained in operational terms\n\nCapacity and workload risks flagged before they result in a performance failure\n\nAudit outcomes on reported performance data\n\nSite and client leadership feedback on the usefulness of the analysis\n\nSafety Requirements:\n\nAbide by and follow Renovo safety policies, procedures, and injury and illness prevention expectations.\n\nMaintain a safe working environment for self and others when visiting customer sites, laboratories, offices, or operational environments.\n\nFollow applicable customer site safety requirements, OSHA guidelines, and laboratory or facility-specific procedures as required.\n\nComplete required safety training assignments on time.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nPredominantly remote, office-based work.\n\nWhen on assigned client sites, presence in active laboratory environments including areas with biological, chemical, electrical and cryogenic hazards.\n\nAbility to wear required personal protective equipment when on site.\n\nTravel approximately 10 to 20 percent, covering assigned sites, client reviews and program meetings.\n\nClassification:\nFLSA: Exempt\n\n**Note: This position description does not list every activity, duty, and responsibility of the position and may be altered by RENOVO at any time.\n\nEEO Statement\nRENOVO Solutions provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
