{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"37330acc19957d295358974a","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/37330acc19957d295358974a","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/37330acc19957d295358974a","title":"Business Intelligence: Sr. Tableau Developer","description":"*Job Description:*\n\n* Looking for a hands-on, senior-level Reporting Developer / Analyst who comes from a strong development background and can take ownership of end-to-end reporting.\n* The ideal candidate will not only execute reporting but also guide stakeholders, propose creative solutions, and provide L1–L4 support across reporting platforms.\n* This is not a follower role—we’re looking for someone who can lead and bring vision to data reporting initiatives.\n* This individual will be responsible for understanding complex business requirements, formulating data strategies, and creating impactful visual reports—primarily using Tableau.\n\n*Responsibility:*\n\n* Work directly with business teams to understand reporting needs and KPIs.\n* Extract, transform, and load data from Oracle and Data Lake environments.\n* Design, develop, and publish Tableau dashboards and reports.\n* Handle data ingestion from Excel and other structured sources.\n* Provide comprehensive production support (L1–L4) for reporting pipelines.\n* Act as a senior point of contact for data visualization best practices.\n\n*Technical Skills:*\n\n* Tableau (Very Strong) – Advanced dashboard creation, storytelling, interactivity\n* Excel – Pivot tables, data transformation, formulas, macros (preferred)\n* BI Tools – Power BI or other visualization platforms\n* Database & Querying\n* Oracle & Data Lake – Strong hands-on experience with structured and semi-structured data\n* SQL (Very Strong) – Complex queries, joins, views, stored procedures\n* Database Development Background – Schema design, indexing, performance tuning\n\n*Development Background (Required)*\n\n* Languages: Java / .NET / Python (must have experience in at least one)\n* Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL logic is a strong advantage\n* Experience supporting applications/reports at all levels (L1 to L4)\n* Troubleshooting report performance issues and user access\n\nJob Type: Contract\n\nPay: $65.00 -
