Our ideal candidate will provide focused analytical support to help optimize the customer's enterprise agreements (EA), including licensing utilization, entitlement management, and product research. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesTrack identity, licensing, and entitlement status across the enterprise tenantAdminister and monitor the Microsoft Admin Center and Entra ID environment in support of EA governanceDevelop dashboards and reports to meet business, data and technical requirements associated with implementation of Enterprise Agreement (EA) processesConduct data analysis including license/entitlement utilization and trend analysis of Microsoft product licensing and usage across the enterpriseResearch entitlement management options and evaluate underused or unused features for cost-recovery opportunitiesResearch new Microsoft product offerings and viable alternatives, assessing fit against customer's functional requirementsValidate and maintain product/license reference data tables, including additions and correctionsPrepare and deliver technical domain presentations translating usage and licensing data into actionable findings for customer leadershipRecommend adjustments to the software licensing mix based on utilization findings to customer leadershipMaintain SLA tracking and security/compliance posture reporting for the Microsoft EAQualificationsBachelor's degree in mathematics, information systems or related discipline requiredMinimum of five (5) years of experienceAbility to present technical findings to both technical and executive audiencesExperience conducting license/utilization trend analysis in an enterprise Microsoft environment preferredFamiliarity with Microsoft entitlement and feature research processesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Admin Center and Entra ID administration preferredPreferred QualificationsFederal enterprise licensing experience preferredPhysical DemandsMust be able to sit and stand for extended periods of timeOccasional travel and overtime may be requiredRequired Clearances and ScreeningsThis position is subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility for a position designated with Tier 1 / Low Risk sensitivityCFT is a proud equal opportunity employer.
