You will work with software developers and cross-functional teams to improve support efficiency and reduce turnaround times.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nCreate and maintain several end-to-end AI agent pipelines that handle high-volume customer support and technical tickets\nConnect and process data from various internal and external data sources\nPresent demonstrations and updates to internal stakeholders\nDefine success metrics and iterate deployed services based on production feedback\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, IT, or other related field (or equivalent practical experience)\nSoftware engineering background with experience shipping production services\nStrong proficiency in Python and ML/LLM frameworks\nProficiency with Linux, Git, and Docker\nExperience with SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases\nExperience building and deploying production-ready systems that use large language models.\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills.\nExperience handling confidential or sensitive customer data\n\nPreferred\n\nHands-on experience with LLM tooling and agent frameworks (LangChain or similar)\nFamiliarity with MLOps practices and/or model evaluation frameworks\nExperience integrating models via APIs and serving them at scale\nSalary Range\n\n$90,000 - $120,000\n\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
