You’ll lead architectural initiatives, mentor team members, and drive the technical direction of our backend systems, built primarily in Ruby on Rails, to support our mobile and web applications.We are extremely product and customer centric, and engineers play a key role in major company-wide projects. This is an opportunity to build at a rapid pace and continue creating a platform that hundreds of thousands of SMB trucking companies use to run their business - and love!Work Location:This can be a fully remote position. While we operate across multiple time zones, most collaboration happens during Pacific Time working hours.
