Our client is seeking a Administrative Assistant to support departmental operations within a dynamic office environment. This role is responsible for performing advanced administrative, analytical, reporting, and organizational duties while supporting management and department objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience handling complex administrative assignments. Compile, analyze, and organize data and statistics to prepare reports and summaries for management review Develop complex spreadsheets, graphs, charts, and presentation materials depicting trends, estimates, and analytical findings Perform statistical, budgetary, manpower, material, and time studies using historical and current information Assist with the preparation of reports, forecasts, and departmental analyses Develop and maintain departmental operating procedures and administrative documentation Analyze and revise forms and processes related to reporting, labor distribution, manpower tracking, budgeting, and internal information flow Coordinate and communicate with management, peers, and internal departments to exchange information and support operational activities Prepare written correspondence, reports, presentations, and other departmental documentation Provide administrative support including travel coordination, expense reporting, scheduling, and office supply management Support special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Associate degree in Business Administration or related field required with 2 years of related experience In lieu of a degree, High School Diploma or equivalent with specialized coursework and a minimum of 6 years of related experience required Experience working as an Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Access, and database manipulation tools Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications Strong working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office Suite Experience preparing reports, charts, presentations, and analytical documentation Experience supporting departmental operations and administrative process improvements preferred Benefits: Health Insurance Sick time 401k Pay Range: $15.75 - $16.75 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications) By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from HEPCO, Inc and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
