Grader is Owner’s free restaurant health report that provides critical insights into online performance metrics such as website functionality, Google presence, menu quality, and more. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the platform’s reliability, scalability, and resilience as we prepare for significant expansion and the integration of new AI-powered features.Your primary focus will be to develop and maintain the backend infrastructure that ingests third-party signals from sources like Google, Yelp, and other data providers, processes this information asynchronously, and reliably serves results at scale. You will work closely with product, AI, and operations teams to establish robust platform foundations, reduce latency, increase uptime, and implement observability and alerting systems.
