Ours is a flexible, collaborative environment that values reliability, resourcefulness, honesty, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Administrative/Retail Associate role. Tasks range from helping customers in the store, to social media, to washing rocks, cataloging, keeping the store clean, emails, filing, order fulfillment, inventory and database management. QualificationsWilling to work hard, learn, and adaptClear, professional communication skills, both in person and over phone or emailFearlessly kind and patient, consistent with all retail positionsComfortable with technologyAbility to pack and move merchandise, work a flexible schedule -- everyone works weekend shiftsHigh school students must exceed Colorado's grade and attendance requirements
