(Windows Print Servers, VPSX).\n* Coordinate print server migrations and printer fleet transitions.\n* Lead and participate in weekly operational meetings and cross-functional projects.\n* Collaborate with Endpoint Services, VDI Ops, and vendors for deployments like IGEL OS on Windows 11 VDI.\n* Troubleshoot and resolve escalated print issues with minimal user disruption.\n* Document and maintain print infrastructure standards and procedures.\n* Provide cross-training sessions on IGEL/VPSX and related tools.\n\n*Operational Leadership & Incident Management:*\n\n* Lead response efforts for major incidents involving client systems or printing services\n* Act as Tier 4 escalation for critical issues requiring deep technical expertise\n* Drive root cause analysis and corrective action planning for recurring system or printing issues\n* Provide guidance on operational workflows and escalation paths for service desk and engineering teams\n* Influence roadmap decisions related to Epic infrastructure, printing modernization, and hosting transitions\n* Partner with leadership to plan capacity, resiliency, and future-state architecture\n\n*Required Skills & Qualifications:*\n\n* *Experience:* Requires 3 to 5+ years of enterprise Windows Server and print management platform administration.\n* *Technical Knowledge: *Deep expertise in LRS VPSX, Windows Print management, and specialized environments like Epic Print Servers.\n* *Networking & Directory Services: *Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, and DHCP.\n* *Education*: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on industry experience.\n\nJob Type: Contract\n\nPay: Up to $80.00 per hour\n\nExperience:\n* Windows Print management: 1 year (Required)\n*
