Think an electric sports pub meets batting cages, and you’re right in the middle of it.\n\nWhere?\n\nCome work at our flagship Batbox venue in Addison, Texas at ‘Village on the Parkway’.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nAs a Batbox Lead Bartender, in this tipped role, you’ll be in the heart of the action\nYou will mix, pour, and serve drinks quickly, safely, and accurately - always following recipes and alcohol service laws\nYou’ll create legendary guest experiences for all of the guests at the bar or in your section\nKeep the bar area stocked, and ready for action at all times\nHelp uphold health & safety standards - from bar cleanliness to food safety protocols\nLead by example training new staff on menu offerings, service standards, and venue policies\nProvide direction and give feedback to the team members to support operational opportunities.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nWe’re looking for a team lead with 3-5 years experience who are enthusiastic, reliable, and guest-focused\nYou have a knack for making genuine connections and providing exceptional service, even during the busiest times\nProven experience in a lead role with experience of coaching and motivating a team\nYou are at least 21 years old\nWhat to Expect\n\nThis role is active and hands-on, and you can expect to:\n\nLead Bartenders are ‘Tipped Team Members’ who earn a base hourly rate plus tips. Compensation: ($10/hourly + tips)\nBe on your feet for 100% of your shift - walking, standing, and moving throughout the venue\nWork a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs\nNavigate a fast-paced, high-energy environment where noise and distractions are common\nLift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds\nReach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently during your shift\nRead and write handwritten notes\n\nWhat We Value\n\nBe a Good Human: Show kindness, integrity & courage.
