The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years of development experience with a focus on Node.js, React, SQL, and NoSQL databases. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and scaling back and front end systems to support high-traffic applications, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nBackend Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js.\nFront Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, web applications using React.\nDatabase Management: Develop and optimize data base structures using SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) technologies, ensuring data integrity and performance.\nScalability & Performance Optimization: Architect and implement scalable systems that can handle large volumes of traffic and data while ensuring high availability and low latency.\nCode Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code, following industry best practices, security guidelines, and standards.\nCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions that align with business goals.\nTroubleshooting & Debugging: Diagnose and resolve complex issues in a timely manner, implementing robust solutions to prevent future occurrences.\nContinuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends, advocating for improvements to technology and team processes.\n\nResponsibilities described in this job description are subject to change at the Company’s discretion. You may be asked to carry out other duties, tasks, or projects in support of the company's initiatives.\nRequirements\n\n6-12 years of general development experience, with a strong focus on Node.js, and React.\nProven experience in scaling applications and optimizing systems for high performance.\nStrong understanding of database design principles, indexing, query optimization, and data modeling for both SQL and NoSQL databases.\nExperience with cloud platforms(AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience with Microservices architecture and distributed systems.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nKnowledge of modern technologies to collaborate effectively with dev teams.\n\nBenefits\n\nCompetitive salary, 401k and performance-based bonuses.\nComprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.\nFlexible working hours.\n\nJob Type\nFull-time\nWork Location\nIn person at our offices in Sandy Utah.\nCompensation & Benefits\nThe base salary range for this role is $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year.
