You’ll take individual parts and assemble them together into finished products. Once the parts are ready and have passed quality checks, you’ll package and label the final products so they can be moved into our warehouse. You’ll work in a clean-room, temperature-controlled environment where we maintain high standards for cleanliness and safety. Your attention to detail will help ensure every product meets our ISO 9001:2015 quality requirements. You’ll work closely with the rest of the team on the assembly line, supporting one another to maintain a steady, efficient workflow. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things right, is focused on achieving productivity goals, follows safety procedures, and cares about delivering quality products.\r\nMinimum Qualifications:\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\r\nOne-year prior experience with assembly processes and use of hand tools.\r\nBasic understanding of production line operations.\r\nAbility to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.\r\nPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.\r\nPreferred Qualifications:\r\nPrevious experience in medical or electronics assembly.\r\nCertification or training in safety procedures related to manufacturing.\r\nBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.\r\nAbility to work flexible shifts including overtime if required.\r\nResponsibilities:\r\nRead and follow assembly work instructions.\r\nPerform assembly of parts and components using hand tools or machines.\r\nSelect and handle components using both tools/machinery and methods identified in the assembly instructions.\r\nIdentify, move, stage and dispose of materials to support production.\r\nAccurately assemble, package and label products to the documented product requirements.\r\nDocument actions by completing production and quality forms.\r\nConduct quality control checks on raw materials and finished assemblies.
