We are seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead plant operations, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.\nPosition Overview:\nThe Shift Supervisor will oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, monitor employee performance, enforce company policies, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
