Senior Technical Program Manager – GPU Infrastructure

About The Role (Job Purpose)As a Senior TPM, you will lead large, complex programs across multiple teams and systems within GPU infrastructure. You will shape strategy, influence technical direction, and scale how infrastructure programs are delivered.What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)Lead multiple concurrent, high-impact programs across GPU infrastructure domainsDefine program strategy, scope, and success metrics aligned with company goalsDrive cross-organizational alignment on complex initiatives (e.g., dynamic power throttling, fleet-wide provisioning, observability)Partner closely with engineering leadership to guide technical decisionsIdentify and resolve systemic risks and bottlenecks across programsEstablish and improve program management frameworks and best practicesAbout You (Skills / Qualifications)6–10+ years of experience in technical program managementStrong background in infrastructure, distributed systems, or hardware/software systemsProven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programsAbility to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across organizationsExcellent structured thinking, communication, and execution skillsThe range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.
