leadership.Define and evaluate optimal integration approaches focused on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.Own the overall architecture roadmap and integration strategy.Identify and resolve cross-platform architectural gaps, dependencies, and inefficiencies.Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship throughout the integration lifecycle.Leverage AI tools to improve engineering productivity and accelerate technical decision-making.Qualifications10+ years of experience in software development and architecture.Strong hands-on experience with both Ruby on Rails and Java enterprise systems.Proven expertise in system integration, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture design.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Experience working in globally distributed, cross-functional engineering teams.Exposure to AI-assisted development tools is highly desirable.Nice to HaveExperience with large-scale M&A technology
